I added adsense to some of my non porn sites about 4 months back. Then I added it to a couple of non porn blogs. I was testing to see which worked better and which got more clicks.
While I’m still playing with adsense on blogs I know from my testing that AdSense works about 10 times better on sites than it does on blogs. Which leads me to believe that a site that also has a blog will probably do better than a site alone or a blog alone.
AdSense is fairly easy to implement on WordPress blogs and a bit harder on others. Very simple to implement on sites tho.
One other thing I’m using on non adult is Kontera and it seems to be working well. It hasn’t cut down the number of clicks on my Adsense ads either. It’s not quite as good as Adsense for targeting the correct subject matter but you can fix that by watching what Kontera sees as relevant and if it’s wrong, block out those words from becoming a target for sales.
I haven’t added Kontea to any blogs yet so I have no info there at all. Lol, can’t be any worse than Adsense is tho. I’d recommend you try both and see what happens for you. Just remember neither are usable on porn sites. Damn shame but that’s the way it is.

Hello all-
I’m still stuck trying to add Adsense to my non-adult WordPress blog. It seems that the standard WordPress hosted blogs won’t accept the code so I need to move up to a WordPress script that is hosted by my server.
Not a problem, it’s free but installing the script (WordPress) is far beyond my abilities. (mySQL and PHP)
Hre’s an offer: I will trade professional adult design services in exchange for someone who knows what they’re doing to install it for me. Any takers?

Uhhh… Never mind.
Just discovered that my host provides it. Duh! Should be a piece of cake to set up now that WordPress advanced is already installed in the server.

Lol, install WP is as simple as uploading it to whatever DIR you want it in and then running the install file. No php knowledge needed.
MYSQL is beyond me. Lol, Mike sets sql database up for me so I never had to learn a thing about it and webolocity has some nice tools for doing it all.
I becoming just another stupid windows user that can only push buttons and whine when things go wrong.
