Porn webmasters sometimes care about page optimization for search engines and sometimes they don’t. Some porn site webmasters don’t care at all because they think it’s to much work to optimize a page or that the search engines will change in 20 minutes and all the work they did will be wasted anyway,
Website page optimization is no longer as complicated as it was when I started. MOF it’s pretty simple now. While it’s still very important links are just as important. The text in the link to your site is even more important. Ideally it should match what your site is about.
However there are a ton of other things that can mess up your page and or cost you money. I found this cool place this morning that will tell you a lot about your porn site or non porn site pages.
I eneterd the base url for my domain, whihc is also the defult page for that domain and it gave me back an analysis of every page it could find on that domain and what’s right and wrong with each and every page.
It’s a very intersting tool and I expect that I’ll run all of my domains thru it eventually. It’s fast but reading the analysis for each page takes a bit of time because they give you a ton of information.
http://www.golexa.com/ go ahead and check it out and see if you are doing something you don’t realize and it’s costing you money. It didn’t seem to care that I entered a porn site or a porn website with a lot of pages. It actuall did all 120 some of my exterior pages on that domain.

That is a pretty cool site. I hadn’t seen it before.

Yep, I kinda liked that one myself. I hadn’t seen it before either. You might know about this one. http://www.articleunderground.com/webmaster/keyword-density-tool.html I’ll use it when I write a page to see what the SE actually think the page is about and then make my titles and kywords from that.
Just because sometimes I write things with no particular purpose in mind so that tool helps me figure out what it will rank well for.
You might want to check out this one too. http://tools.seobook.com/backlink-analyzer/

Well, Google has really screwed me now. My listings have all dropped way down. Still don’t know why. Guess I’ll try this tool out some more and see if it works.

That tool will tell you the % of words and phrases used on your pages. Basically it tells you what the SE think the page is optimized for. The three and 4 word phrases with the most occurences are what you should be using in your link text to those pages.
If you had a lot of links from link farms or from places that google doesn’t like because they have paid links it could have hurt your rankings.
If some of the places that linked to you got lenalized google will disregard those links almost like they have a nofollow on them.
Also, if you have pages with 100 or more links on them break them up so there are less than 100. If you are linked to from pages with 100 or more links on them there isn’t much you can do about that.
I(t’s one of the reasons I said 5-10 of us should start blogs so we can have out own network of links that google will like and that we can control.
However it’s also the nature of the SE that things change constantly. Therfore we, as webmasters, must also be changing constantly.
One of the easiest changes to make is getting links to the rest of your content rather than just the front page of your site. It not only boosts the ranking of the page linked to, it helps all of your pages on that site gain just a bit more.
Funny thing. I had this domain setup so all traffic went to AEBN. Womens-pics.com. I changed it day before yesterday so that it just goes to NV and I’ve already had more hits to NV in two days than I had to AEBN in two months. mature womens pics and I didn’t do the greatest job converting it as I was in a hurry to get rid of AEBN. I’ll get around to it one day.
It’s gotten so links, title and description mean more than anything else so you might want to try changing your titles a little bit and getting titles and descriptions to focus more on your chosen keywords.
A few of mine have fallen but others have gone up so I don’t know what to say. Some of my number 6-10 that I tried to improve actually went downhill. I think I’m going to make a new rule for myself about changing top 10 pages to leaving them alone until they fall out of the top ten.
Perhaps I’ve gotten just a little bit traffic greedy trying to get top 3 for everything. I pretty much rely on myself for my links and my SEO effort and while I know I can get top 10’s getting them is easier than keeping them. Try to add a couple of good links each week, don’t have many recips as they don’t count for much of anything anymore.
BTW, Nude Dancers is for sale.
